New smeg fridge/freezer delivery guys were pleasant was their first day in the job and they worked well together. The fridge door was scratched first initial phone call was a little disappointing but was called back later on and really cannot fault complaints resolution as managed to offer a fair compromise rather than await a new one when I wanted to start using the fridge freezer.
Update: still awaiting the partial refund that’s been 14 days will give it some more time it would have expected a refund that was offered or would have just exchanged for a a new fridge freezer. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
