Excellent delivery – very fast with marvellous communications and updates. The new fridge freezer, ordered the evening before arrived somewhat earlier than anticipated but within the time slot allotted. The delivery guys photographed the item as it came off the lorry and again in situ – so no arguments about whether there might be damage etc. Packaging carefully removed and disposed of and our previous appliance dealt with. All in all – excellent service and a good price paid for my Bosch appliance !
