When buying my cooker I asked if it could be price matched to one I’d seen on another site.
The member of staff I spoke with was really helpful and helped me to place my order successfully with a revised price. He also told me that I could price match again if I found the cooker at an even lower price elsewhere within 7 days.
Great prompt delivery too. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.

I was very happy that next day delivery was available, and the tracking process was smooth, seamless and spot on. Quick delivery. An unnecessary problem raised about cold water feed connection led to no instalation. Collection of old appliance was arranged for 2 days later. After a long phone discussion it was agreed that installation would be done during this visit. Installation and collection went very well. Finally very happy 😊.
