UPDATE: SINCE I WROTE THE REVIEW BELOW, Lifestyle Home Appliances HAS CALLED ME AND APOLOGISED THAT I WAS NOT GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO RETURN THE FAULTY VACUUM CLEANER WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICES, AND HAVE NOW AGREED THAT I CAN RETURN IT AND SELECT ANOTHER MAKE, WHICH IS WHAT I WANTED TO DO. I paid extra to ensure my vacuum was delivered by 12pm the next day, which it was. Unfortunately the floor tool was broken. I called Lifestyle Home Appliances because I wanted to return it and buy another make, instead I was given Numatic’s telephone number to sort the problem and they are sending me a replacement floor tool. Because the vacuum cleaner it was broken, it has put me off it and I just wanted to get another make. Going forward I will purchase from another retailer’s as they would let me return the faulty goods and refund me.

Was promised email/text confirming delivery window before 08.30 a.m. This didn’t arrive until 09.43 so had to cancel another commitment that I could have kept if I’d had the delivery window information on time.
I also thought the delivery would be by Lifestyle Home Appliances and that the item would be unpacked and packaging taken away. Not sure where I got this idea! But DPD just delivered to front door.

He was very professional and helpful, and I quite understand why these small points occurred, and I know that he will be passing my comments on to the relevant department. I was very impressed with the level of customer service, and for that reason I would not hesitate to recommend Lifestyle Home Appliances in the future.
