Difficulty purchasing online so I phoned in. Difficulty paying my card wouldn’t go through. I was so fed up with it I nearly threw in the towel. The person I was dealing with ( Michaela I think?) offered to call me back the next morning. I thought yeah right. She did and at the time we agreed and we got the situation resolved. I now have a fab new washing machine!
