Very efficient easy to deal with as a company. Note of caution, if your buying a present for another person and have given your back up telephone number as that of your partner they will ring you up first but if you don’t answer after the 3 rings they ring your back up number. So you are found out as it were and could spoil a suprise or if your buying for someone outside of your relationship you might have awkward questions! I did point this out to Lifestyle Home Appliances on an email but got no response. Not all couples share financial information luckily we do and I’m not playing away either
