After having a few issues with my original HP laptop, & trying to get issues sorted by HP assistants, I managed to get my HP laptop taken back by Lifestyle Home Appliances, & ordered a different one of the same make. Joel spoke with me at length about the issue, & was absolutely brilliant in sorting everthing for me. I am glad I decided to change to a different laptop.
