Your team went above and beyond today. We ordered a washing machine for our childcare setting, and not only was it delivered and fitted quickly—with all packaging taken away—but the delivery staff surprised our students with a gifted teddy.
The children were overjoyed, and it was such a thoughtful, unexpected treat. The team was friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout.

Yes, we had a problem with the fridge/freezer that was delivered. However, they showed good old fashioned customer service and took it away and replaced it with an alternative. They also paid for spoiled food that resulted from the problem. The delivery guys were lovely as was the customer service agent.
