I ordered a washing machine for my mum who is 87 and lives 200 miles away, so paid for connection and disposal, that was fine and the delivery team showed mum how to use the machine.
Communication was poor as we got a phone call at 07.15 to say it would be delivered in 20mins, then at 10pm the same day we got a text to say it would be delivered at 07.30 the next day! but had already been installed. Would have been good to get this 28 hours earlier to let mum know to get up for the delivery.
