Web site was easy to use , ordered our appliance , was given a day for delivery, then on the day was given a time slot , then we took our delivery in, brilliant service !! And they took our old appliance away with them ! Thank you so much.

We have had our new LG washing machine for 1 week now. We were shocked at the water usage etc, and had a call from a nice guy called Joel who went through things with us and that was great, BUT 1 week on and we cannot work the temperature mode on the Eco wash, its driving us crazy.. Tried calling but no luck, tried the chat AI and they sent us off to another website and we found no help at all…

Simply ordered online from the comfort of my sofa, chose a convenient delivery date, then on the morning my delivery was due I received a text letting me know the drivers name and a 1 hour timeframe that my delivery would arrive.
