Delivery drivers were extremely helpful. Our washing machine had been dented but there was no damage to the packaging. We were happy to accept this, as long as we knew it was working. They fitted it, despite us not paying for this service and they contacted customer service on our behalf and we were offered a discount on the product. Great service from really helpful staff. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.

New electric cooker installed …
Driver updated me on the expected delivery time and on arrival efficiently removed the old gas appliance and replaced it with a new electric one. He checked the new appliance worked and that the gas boiler had restarted successfully after being shut off. The two guys who delivered and installed my appliance were polite and friendly all the time they were in my house.
