I ordered a vax carpet cleaner, to be delivered on my preferred day, but unfortunately I was told a day later that the order hadn’t been processed correctly, so it arrived 2 days later than planned. It was pure luck my wife happened to be at home when the item was delivered. Not up to LifestyleHomeAppliances’s usual standard. Shame. I expect a bit better being a 5 star member. UPDATE: Lifestyle Home Appliances contacted me and have given me a £30 voucher to use on my next purchase, which I think is pretty good. Thank you.
