I had to ring up the helpline after I placed the order as it didn’t seem to recognise that I also requested recycling of old freezer. Got through to someone quickly and they were very efficient and added it on to order.
On the day of delivery I had an email, plus 2 telephone calls from the delivery drivers and the tracking system so I knew when it would arrive. The two delivery men were very polite, quick and efficient. Fantastic service.
