The two men who delivered and fitted the washing machine were excellent.
BUT….when I read the instructions they said
DO NOT USE OLD HOSES. Why wasn’t a new hose included with the new Hotpoint washing machine?
I now worry that water may leak due to an old hose.
Please will you arrange for someone to come and fit a NEW HOSE.
