Website was easy to use to decide which Fridge Freezer to buy. We created an order and choose the best delivery option for us. This was followed up by phone call by a friendly Lifestyle Home Appliances customer service man, to ensure that we were happy with our order and then talked about an insurance option. Delivery day. A text came at 6.30 am to say what the 4 hour slot would be and this was followed up with a phone call later on in the morning, and a 2 hour slot was given. There was also an option to keep track of their delivery schedule, which we found helpful on the day. The delivery was made made by 3 polite, friendly and professional lads, respectful to our property. Training was also being given, which was lovely to observe. Thank you lads and thank you Lifestyle Home Appliances for another great experience.
