We ordered a new washing machine which was really easy online and arranged for delivery the next day. We received a message first thing in the morning with out time slot and a call half an hour before delivery. The delivery men arrived within the time slot unpacked the washing machine and carried it through to the kitchen to be installed. The delivery men were helpful and friendly reminding us to register the warranty and remove the fixing bolts. All in all a very smooth purchase.
