    Delivery arrived on time, crew were very courteous, worked well and with respect to my property.
    Completed the installation and removed the old appliance and packaging materials with the same amount of care and attention.

    Didn’t get any phone call from the driver immediately prior to delivery (as I had requested), though they did call about an hour and a half prior to delivery and told me they had four deliveries before mine. The website/tracking app doesn’t update the expected delivery time so I only had ‘between 10am and 2pm’ but checked on-line later and saw we were ‘next’.
    Delivery team were polite and friendly and put the machine exactly where I wanted it (delivery only – no installation).
