The delvery staff called to see if I would be available earlier for arranged delivery. They were good, polite and efficeint in delivery, removing old and installing new washing machine. Staff were great.

I ordered a new washing machine online and I have the members thing, so great price. I had an issue as I was looking to get old machine disconnected, recycled and new machine connected. When inputting my choices got dialogue box noting these were included. On checking day before delivery connection wasn’t included and took time off for delivery. Very lovely lady on phone advised it was past 2pm but would see what she could do, she emailed depot to get this added and called me back to advise. This was very much appreciated. So thank you and sorry I didn’t catch your name! Delivery of machine and old one taken away, guys were great everything done in no time. Thanks to delivery guys.
