One of the guys was a bit grumpy but the other one was especially friendly and helpful. I was kept updated about the delivery time by text, they carefully removed and took away the packaging, telling me that the instruction manuals were in each appliance. They also took away a range for recycling. They were careful when bringing in each appliance and recommended I put something protective on the floor beneath each one.
