Ordering: it was very easy to order online from Lifestyle Home Appliances. Delivery is so quick in comparison with other companies, and you’re not left in the house waiting all day from 7am to 7pm, only to find the item arrives at 6.40pm & its been a wasted day.
Delivery day: I received notification early this morning of the 4 hr delivery slot (10am to 2pm), but then mid-morning the delivery guy rang me to give me a 2 hour slot (12 to 2pm) when they’d be with me.
The email about the delivery contains a tracker so I could tell when I was the next on the list for delivery. At 12 noon I saw I was next in line for delivery & they arrived at 12.20pm. This enabled me to still walk the dogs & nip to the shops, knowing I wasn’t going to miss my delivery.
Arrival: The delivery lads were lovely, polite & respectful. They cleared away all the washer’s packaging, removed the transit screws & set it on a 20 min wash to check it was working and not leaking. They removed my old washer too. I bought the £39.99 member package which covered all of those things which is the cheapest I could find by all the companies, such as another retailer, etc.
I was really happy with the way Lifestyle Home Appliances kept in contact with me between irdering and delivery and the information I was given by them. Once the delivery team took over on the delivery day, I was delighted that I could tell roughly when it was going to arrive via the tracker app, so I could still leave the house and get my jobs done. A 5 star experience!
