Couple of smashing guys on the delivery. Helpful, communicative and quick. Very impressive.

Easy to order on line, had no problems with any of the sections of the ordering process.
The first e mail advising receipt of the order was prompt.
Purchase receipt was via e mail. Proof of purchase, payment and name/delivery details.
Another e mail explained what was expected of me when the delivery was made. This was all kept very simple and who to contact in case of any queries/changes.
On the day of delivery I received both e mail and text via phone of the expected delivery slot times which was basically am.
I later received a voice call from the delivery driver with 2 hour slot.
I was also able to follow my order via the tracking link contained within the e mails. This I found very useful as it tells you how many deliveries to expect before yours is due.
I then received another call from the driver to let me know he was a few minutes away.
The delivery was very easy the lads delivered to to where I wanted it, removed all the packaging and took it away, also they collected my old dryer as per my request in the purchasing process. The lads were very polite and very presentable and ensured we were happy with the delivery before departing. A pleasure to have them on my property.
