I originally left a 1 star review after a failed delivery where the driver didn’t ring the buzzer, marked it as failed while I was home, and couldn’t return. The complaints process also required a phone call, which wasn’t ideal.
Lifestyle Home Appliances responded quickly, apologised, and arranged a redelivery.
The second delivery was excellent. The team were friendly, professional, and handled my many stairs with no issues, as they always have over the years. Lifestyle Home Appliances also followed up afterwards to discuss the feedback and offered a goodwill voucher.
Based on my long-term experience with them, I’ve updated this to a 4 star review.
