I ordered a replacement dish washer, from the moment it was dispatched the real time tracking was excellent, showing exactly how far away my delivery was, half an hour before delivery I received a very polite and informative courtesy call from the delivery driver to inform me my delivery was due shortly.
Upon arrival the two delivery me were fast, efficient and highly professional, very polite and delivered the machine to my first floor flat without complaint or hesitation.
I can honestly say that I have never had a better delivery experience from a team, ever.
Whatever the delivery team are being paid, they deserve a raise, employees like that are an incredible asset to the company. Bravo.
