Mostly all good. Lovely staff, checked our order with us over the phone, kept us updated with delivery, delivered on time. Lovely delivery/installers people. Polite, offered to put on floor protectors, tidy. Unfortunately, I suspect due to the amount of installations they are set for the day, the installation was a bit wonky – the inbuilt machine needed new hinge recesses cut into the cupboard doors. The doors ended up wonky. It was pointed out to us but I didn’t want them to try to correct it as I had lost confidence that they could. After they’d left I used the m/c and found that it wasn’t level so the spin cycle was bouncing against the cupboard sides. My husband pulled the m/c out to level it properly and to fix the doors so they lined up as they originally did. I think the installers need more time per installation and a bit more training on the inbuilt models and the kitchen cupboard doors. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
