Ordering excellent, delivery drivers communicated regularly with updates of how long it would be and were efficient. The only annoying thing was the phone call the day before to check everything was prepared for delivery, turned into a sales pitch for domestic and general insurance! Despite having a 2yr warranty they, were pushy and assumed I would automatically sign up to pay so much a month. I had to be persistent that I was not interested. I would worry about more vulnerable people agreeing to it without realising.

The delivery, fitting, and recycling service was outstanding. The guys were very polite, friendly, informative, and respectful of my home. They removed my old washing machine, connected and tested the new one with such speed and efficiency my jaw was on the floor when they said they had finished!
