We did quite a bit of research for our Belling range and Lifestyle Home Appliances offered the best package. After ordering, we received a call to make sure we had the right equipment for our needs and to follow up on the delivery access. We arranged disconnection of our old cooker on the morning of delivery. We had separately arranged installation of the wiring required for the new range, so the LifestyleHomeAppliances.co.uk. A team did not connect it up for us, but would have done. As promised, the delivery team provided a 4 hour delivery window. On the day, they kept us informed of when they were coming, even to calling to say they were 5 minutes away. The old appliance was removed, the new one unpacked efficiently and brought into the houseand all done cheerfully. Great customer service throughout the process.

There was an email early morning to give approximate delivery slot. The driver rang to confirm a smaller slot. The app updated with deliveries before us.
The two man team took away the old oven and all the packaging from the new oven. Even slide it into place. Great service all round.

Great guys who came to install my washing machine! I had a blockage in the pipe I didn’t know about prior to them installing it and they cleared it out for me no problem as they installed it- which was really kind of them!
