Joel from the team has monitored the situation comprehensively, pursued the manufacturers for a solution, kept in regular contact with me, and shown genuine determination to get the situation resolved. It’s now all rectified and I am one very happy anr relieved customer.
Original : Purchasing experience was great thanks to the helpful information and intuitive user interactions on the website. The delivery process was also very efficient – I was able to choose a slot that worked for me, communications ahead of the delivery were helpful, and the delivery team were brilliant.
However, the lack of after care has really disappointed me. I purchased some reasonably expensive items which were an investment for me, but there was a part missing, without which I cannot start using the appliances. Lifestyle Home Appliances have passed me to manufacturer to resolve, which is understandable and they’re best placed to resolve. But I am getting no joy – it’s been almost a week since delivery and no sign of even a confirmation of when I can expect to receive missing part. Lifestyle Home Appliances have not monitored the situation or called me back as they promised to do, despite the fact that my purchasing contract is with them. Six days on from receiving my appliances, I am no further forward, and I have no idea when this will be resolved. This is not what I expected from Lifestyle Home Appliances who I’ve always had brilliant experiences with before this.
