    The ordering process was fairly straightforward. I had to change my delivery date, which was completed efficiently by phone.
    I was given a 2 hour delivery slot on the morning of the delivery. I was telephoned 1/2 hour before the delivery arrived. The delivery men were friendly and helpful.
    The only gripe I have is trying to register on line. I made numerous attempts to do this without success.
