Unfortunately I needed 2 visits for what should have taken just 1. The 2 technicians who attended each time were excellent and faultless. The problem seems to with the customer service team not providing them with the correct instructions. Frustrating but all sorted out now.

The delivery guys delivered to a neighbour. However in their defence my neighbours house is on a different street but does back on to mine sideways not back to back. We are both number 2.
