    Information about time of delivery was good. Driver kept me updated on his progress so I was aware of timings, which was great as I opted for the 7.00 to 19.00 delivery! I received a 5 minute warning, very useful! They negotiated gaps in the parked cars easily and carefully lifted the appliance into the hallway, where I wanted it to be stored until builders start kitchen renovation. Very happy with delivery experience.
