I bought an LG TV from yourselves and unfortunately after 4 days it developed a fault, when I contacted you to report the fault I was forwarded to the manufacturer who informed me that they would repair the TV. I wasn’t satisfied with this outcome due to only having it for a total of 4 days, so I contacted Lifestyle Home Appliances again and explained the situation, I was again put through to LG but the lady stayed on the call to hear our conversation, as I wasn’t getting any sense out of LG the lady joined in the conversation and said she wasn’t satisfied that her customer was not getting the service they should be and she would sort the problem out herself. The TV was replaced by yourselves and the whole process was expertly handled by each person I spoke to, fantastic service well done.
