The collection and the operatives were first class.
To get the collection arranged was also first class once I had managed to speak to a human being.
Your online system failed to allow me to arrange a collection whether I used Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Equally your Android app only works on lower levels of Amdroid. My phone uses Android 15.
