Easy to use website. Easy to find what you are looking for and having the compare facility is also very good. Easy to order and to choose a date for delivery. All in all a very good experience. The driver rang to say he was close. They delivered the item and took everything away as ordered. All done within a couple of days.

Prince in the Customer Service Team came to my rescue as I was very concerned about selecting a machine that would fit in the space I had available. Prince took the model number of my current machine and then made suggestions based on the size of that machine. The fitters were very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They confirmed if I’d ordered another machine I had been looking at it would not have fit due to the shape of the machine at the rear. Glad I took the advice provided! Very happy with the new machine.
