    Website easy to use. Good communication. Colleagues were efficient, careful and respectful of property, and did everything exactly as ordered in connection service. Connection service price is high although in line with competition. It would be nice if your colleagues introduced themselves by name when you open the door.

    Overall I’m happy! The delivery was originally given but I got a msg saying that it would now be a day early between 14.30 and 15.30, all good….then a msg saying it was delayed to between 8.39 – 9.30pm so I stayed in to receive, then right at the last minute, another msg that it would be the next day ( the one originally offered!)
    A lot of time rearranging for nothing! Maybe stick to the original offer from the start?. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
