Website is easy to navigate. Got a great deal on the washing machine I wanted. Whilst the pricing was very reasonable for delivery, unpacking & taking away old machine for recycling, this all became free once I signed up for a year & I also got a further discount of my purchase.
I took a call from Lifestyle Home Appliances within 24hrs talking me through my purchase & delivery etc (always good to chat to rep when your spending a lot of money & an opportunity to ask any Q’s).
Delivery service was great, whilst you can choose a time slot for an extra £10 fee. I just chose a date knowing that I would get a 4hr time slot sent to me within 24/48hr of chosen date. On the day you can track the delivery in real time seeing how many drop offs are before you, then a phone call when they are 10 mins away.
Delivery lads were friendly & very professional.
