I was given a telephone warning about 30 minutes before the arrival of two cheerful men who buckled down to work straight away.
I was always spoken to very politely, and they took me through the way to work the hob with great patience.
My vacuum cleaner was borrowed to help with the very thorough cleanup, and afterwards I was extremely pleased and surprised to find that they had emptied the dust container.
