The confirmation email gave clear details of delivery procedure
On the day we had an email to provide a 4 hour window, then a text with a further reduced 2 hour window. The drivers then rang when they were 30 minutes away as per our instructions. On arrival the delivery men were excellent, removing the old appliance and positioning the new one in exactly the same place on top of the work top. No installation required as it was a tumble dryer.
Excellent service all round. Would definitely use Lifestyle Home Appliances again. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
