Have ordered a number of things from Lifestyle Home Appliances over the years and never had any problems.
This week they delivered a new fridge/freezer and it was only as they were about to drive away that we noticed a scratch on the side. Granted it was barely visible but you could feel it and obvs there was the potential for it to rust over time. The delivery guy phoned in and I spoke to someone who immediately offered a discount but I chose not to accept this for the reason above, i.e. potential to rust. There was absolutely no argument over it and I arranged to have a new one delivered 2 days later.
Throughout the guys who delivered were polite as was the person on the phone. Lifestyle Home Appliances customer service cannot be faulted in my experience.
I also like their communication on the day they deliver an item. Email at 6.30 a.m giving a 4hr window, they then phone about an hour before they get to you and you can track their van using a link from their email.
I have no hesitation to recommend this company. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.

The people who fitted my dishwasher were extremely nice and got on with their work without any issues. I was called to inspect when they had finished and all seemed fine. When I cam to put my things back in the cupboard under the sink I noticed the outlet? Pipe was too long and needs to be shortened. I would be grateful if one of your teams could call and fix this please. Otherwise can’t fault them.
