Delivery no problem all run to schedule unfortunately the set up service not so well we were without our virgin media TV from weds delivery day to Monday when the engineer came who found out that a splitter that I didn’t know we had had been unplugged I’d checked all leads into the virgin box but I am a pensioner why on earth did they unplug this without asking what it’s for god knows but my husband rushed out to try and catch them but they’d already gone so we were without tv Samsung tv plus is rubbish so that was not a good experience to be honest.
