    The service I have received has been 5*. Yesterday the man arrived within the given time slot of which I’d been advised my email and phone call. I had purchased the wrong type of washing machine! I’d bought, and paid for, an integrated one where I needed a free standing one. He then contacted the service provider for me and I was able to have the correct washing machine installed today. Everyone I had contact with were polite and courteous, and kept me informed.
