Firstly the delivery man phoned me this morning and I spoke to a real person. Secondly they arrived well within the time slot and were so efficient, cheerful and kind. They wouldn’t stop for a cuppa or comfort stop! I cannot recommend Lifestyle Home Appliances highly enough and two different teams have been on two occasions and I would say the same of both. Poor customer service. I ordered a Russell Hobbs fridge from Lifestyle Home Appliances, it looked really good until I noticed one of the plastic compartments was cracked. I messaged Lifestyle Home Appliances live chat and followed their instructions emailing Lifestyle Home Appliances with the supporting images. After a week I heard nothing back so I gave them a call. I call them on a Saturday and the nice lad tells me that they will have to contact Russell Hobbs first then get back to me on Monday/Tuesday. I got a call on Wednesday but wasn’t able to pick up so I call back then next day. I explain the situation again they tell me they don’t have the part anywhere and I will have to buy it myself through a website and they will refund me the amount to my original payment method. It has been over 10 days and still no sign of the refund :(. Unfortunately I won’t be shopping with Lifestyle Home Appliances again. Update: I received a call after the negative review and settled everything with a bonus for the hassle.
