    Ordered & delivered the next day. We are very impressed with the quick process. The delivery guys were thorough in checking the access to remove our broken American fridge freezer. Although they took care in the removal of our fridge freezer, we did find some slight damage to our doorways after they left.
    They unpacked our new appliance outside. The guys had no problem bringing in our new American fridge freezer. We inspected the new appliance in our kitchen & were happy the cabinet of the fridge freezer was ok.

    The delivery was on time and they soon had the boxing off and new fridge put in place. He explained everything well, how to set up after it had settled. While he was helping me get the plug from the back, his colleague had taken the packaging and the old fridge to the van

    I contacted customer services at LifestyleHomeAppliances.co.uk on 19th January as my 90 year old mother’s fridge freezer had become faulty and not working properly.
    I live a long way from my mother but the
    lady I spoke with was absolutely lovely and understood the situation and the importance of my mother not having use of her fridge freezer which was replaced.
    It makes such a difference speaking to someone who understands a difficult situation and shows empathy so thank you for sorting this matter out so promptly.

    Went to order last week and it was out of stock so signed up for an email when they come back into stock – The email didn’t arrive but when I checked they were back in stock – Minus 1 point.
    Other than that ordered and arrived on time.
    Couldn’t find any CO2 on Lifestyle Home Appliances so had to go to another retailer.
