Subsequent to the delivery the fridge/freezer did not work. Candy engineer came and told us that it would never work in the garage it must be inside in a temperature between 16c and 38c. as it is rated for a Subtropical climate! My house regularly falls to 12c in the winter so it would not work inside either. Subtropical is the Mediterranean region and North Africa NOT North Yorkshire. This was not disclosed when I made the purchase. Candy have refused to exchange the product for something which works and Lifestyle Home Appliances – radio silence. I will NEVER buy from either Candy or Lifestyle Home Appliances. Not trustworthy, infact downright deceitful. UPDATE: Had a call from Lifestyle Home Appliances today, very apologetic and wanted to resolve the problem by uplifting the Candy fridge/freezer and replacing with a Beko which is better suited to our needs. Restored my confidence in Lifestyle Home Appliances and I am very happy to continue recommending them. A very satisfactory solution. Thank you Lifestyle Home Appliances

The two delivery men were excellent, very polite and courteous, respected my property and made sure I was completely happy with everything before they left. It was a tight squeeze through the doors and around other furniture, but they managed it with ease and said it was no problem at all. They let me know what I had to do before plugging in the appliance, and were just generally very nice indeed. The process was very easy, based on this experience, I’ll be ordering all of my future appliances from Lifestyle Home Appliances. Thank you very much.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. I ordered on Wednesday and had my fridge fitted by Friday. They kept me update to date with my order.
