Katie in customer services what a great employee you have there! My tumble dryer arrived and it was faulty. After having a 3 way call with Bosch, Bosch wanted to send someone out to inspect which was going to take days. I stated that I really needed a tumble dryer due to having a lot of washing for a family of 4 and Katie said she would find me a replacement right away and Bosch were to cancel their services. Dryer will be collected within 3 days and new one delivered at same time. Katie deserves recognition for going above and beyond. What a star!
