Quick delivery, lovely delivery men, would recommend

The lads where very polite on time and went above me what was asked

Everything was great apart from, when you give a time slot, please keep to it. You were 25 minutes early from the first time you quoted as from and this created a problem as it was being delivered to my elderly mum’s address and I hadn’t arrived there so the drivers had already started the delivery. This did cause some aggravation and upset.

The delivery drivers were kind and conscientious, ensuring I understood the products completely, as well as completely respecting my home.

Really friendly service

Friendly service from the very first telephone call. The guy that installed the washer dryer was also helpful, very courteous, and friendly.

My only concern was the fact that I wasn’t prepared. My mobile was switched off overnight and apparently he’d phoned it 10 mins earlier. Thankfully, he then rang the landline which woke me. If I’d known they were arriving at 7 am, I would’ve been ready for them – I was still in bed and would hate to have missed the delivery. I’d been informed I would receive a notification 4 hours prior to delivery. That would be 3 am – which of course would be silly but as is….they were already pulling out the driveway and thankfully saw me waving out the window. The only thing I would suggest is that you could contact the customer the evening before… just to inform them that they are top of the list. Other than that, this is my first time with Lifestyle Home Appliances and, no complaints. Excellent service. Thanks again to the installation guy.
