Both members of staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making it a very easy experience. Happy to answer to any questions and give me the opportunity to do a quick clean behind the old washing machine.
One problem was they arrived nearly an hour before the beginning of the delivery slot and the online tracking didn’t update this. This caught me a little of guard and I’m so pleased I was home, otherwise this could be problematic.
