Reference my order today. I have to say everyone was brilliant!
The two men that arrived were very pleasant, and came straight in to get on with the job. One started to un-pack the new Fridge Freezer, the other looked to start removing my old one. They declined drinks, and got on with the job. They quickly realised I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong type of hinges.
They were both very understanding, and gave me good advice about re-ordering. Their manager on the phone was also very understanding and helped with regards to arranging alternative options.
Considering it was all my fault, they were brilliant. They cleared the new one away and all the packaging they had already removed.
Not used Lifestyle Home Appliances before, but will certainly use them again! (I am ordering a new model right now! 🙂 )
