I bought a 10kg beko washing machine for my parents. It was great value. I only purchased connection only, and the fitter/plumber was excellent. They text early to let us know the time slot ( I just booked the 7-7pm one) and they delivered bang on time. I rung the customer services just to check and the man was cheery and polite and answered my queries. Excellent overall.

My whole experience went really smoothly from ordering on line to the delivery a few days later. I paid for disconnection- removal, re connection and it was done in no time and they were gone had no trouble at all, wasn’t i a lucky girl. Well done boys!
