I do not think it was great, although, it was good service. We ordered our dishwasher, it arrived on time within the time parameters. The guys were helpful and efficient when they delivered it.
I am unhappy about the excessive free delivery that can be loaded onto the price of the goods. That really just becomes a way of making additional money on something that you have already paid for.

Fridge/Freezer broke down on Tuesday. It was 5 years old so it was likely that more parts might soon fail. Ordered replacement, which was delivered and up and running by mid-day Wednesday by courteous and helpful delivery men. Tracking the delivery was easy and enabled me to estimate delivery time within about half an hour, well inside the stated estimate from LifestyleHomeAppliances.co.uk
