I had an excellent experience with Lifestyle Home Appliances from delivery through to installation.
The delivery person who came on Saturday was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. He quickly identified that our old dishwasher was hard‑wired and explained that he wasn’t qualified to make that specific connection. Instead of leaving it there, he went above and beyond by contacting the Lifestyle Home Appliances help centre himself and clearly explaining the situation.
Lifestyle Home Appliances then promptly arranged a follow‑up appointment with a qualified engineer just three days later. The dishwasher was safely left with us, and the whole process felt seamless and well managed.
The engineer, Kieran, arrived as scheduled and was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient—completing the wiring in around 20 minutes. He then took the extra time to thoroughly test the dishwasher for leaks and patiently explained how to use it, all in a very friendly and reassuring manner.
This level of customer service is exactly what you hope for but don’t always get. I would strongly recommend Lifestyle Home Appliances to anyone looking to order and install home appliances. You genuinely can’t go wrong choosing them.
